A perfect surface with a particularly fine finish is achieved with F 248, thanks to its special fully antistatic structure, which results in low dust adhesion to the abrasive belt, workpieces, and machine. Through the use of silicon carbide, very good, finest surface qualities with low roughness depth are achieved when sanding various lacquer systems, with a very long service life of F 248. Due to the consistent use of stable F-weight paper (approx. 300g), the smooth running behavior and transverse stability of our belts are a special feature!
Especially suitable for water-based lacquer, DD lacquer, UV lacquer, polyester lacquer, clear polyester, pigmented clear polyester, intermediate sanding of lacquer films, fillers, fine sanding of wood-based materials, chipboard, resinous woods, plastics, rubber.
